| 摘 要： | 目的：观察来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法：选取我院于2009年10月～2010年1月所收治的98例类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为两组。对照组49例,采用甲氨蝶呤与柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗类风湿性关节炎。治疗组49例,采用来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤进行治疗。结果：采用甲氨蝶呤与柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗6个月总有效率为71.4%。采用来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤治疗6个月,总有效率为89.8%。结论：采用来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤可以安全有效地治疗类风湿性关节炎。
