| 摘 要： | 目的：总结分析胸椎黄韧带骨化症患者手术治疗的效果。方法：2003年1月~2010年8月我院手术治疗且获得随访的胸椎黄韧带骨化症患者13例。手术方式均采用后路全椎板揭盖法减压。观察并发症发生情况,记录术前、术后末次随访时的神经功能Frankel分级及胸椎JOA评分。结果：3例出现并发症,术中脑脊液漏1例,术后脑脊液漏1例,一过性神经功能损伤加重1例,经处理后均治愈。随访时间6个月~7年,平均23.1个月,术后Frankel分级9例改善、4例无变化。术后JOA评分较术前改善（P〈0.05）,平均改善率为57.9%,优良率为84.6%。结论：对胸椎黄韧带骨化症患者采用后路全椎板揭盖法减压术治疗可获得良好的疗效。
