| 摘 要： | 目的：分析P53蛋白在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达特点及临床意义。方法：收集2006年6月～2010年10月收治的可手术三阴性乳腺癌85例及非三阴性乳腺癌90例的临床病理资料,回顾性分析P53蛋白在两者中的表达特点。结果：三阴组中,P53蛋白阳性与患者的年龄、淋巴结转移、组织学分级差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;非三阴组中,P53蛋白阳性与患者的组织学分级差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。P53蛋白阳性率在三阴组及非三阴组中分别为63.53%（54/85）及46.67%（42/90）,两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：三阴性乳腺癌中,P53蛋白阳性提示其恶性程度高,易转移,预后差,可以作为评估三阴性乳腺癌预后的一个重要因素。
