经阴道彩超在子宫肌瘤临床诊断中的应用价值

目的：探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声技术声像图特点及对子宫黏膜下肌瘤的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析85例经手术及病理证实的子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者的声像图特点。结果：经阴道彩色多普勒超声特点为子宫肌瘤瘤体有假包膜,边界清晰,瘤体假包膜血流呈环状包绕,瘤体内血流呈条状、网状,频谱形态与子宫动脉略有不同,舒张期切迹模糊或消失,瘤体内血流阻力指数低于肌壁内子宫动脉的阻力指数。结论：经阴道彩超能清晰地显示宫腔内瘤体结构及肌瘤与子宫内膜的关系,对月经过多、经期延长患者的鉴别诊断提供了重要的信息。
