| 摘 要： | 目的：观察二甲双胍联合辛伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症疗效。方法：将71例患者分为两组，对照组二甲双胍常规治疗，治疗组在服用二甲双胍的基础上，加用辛伐他汀片，观察两组治疗前后血脂、血糖水平。结果：治疗组血清TG、TC及LDL—C、空腹血糖降低明显。结论：二甲双胍联合辛伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe effect of Metformin and Simvastatin in treatment of 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia.Methods: 71 patients were divided into two groups,control group applied Metformin,treatment group applied Simvastatin based on the Metformin,blood lipids and glucose levels were observed.Results: Serum TG,TC and LDL-C,fasting blood glucose were significantly lower.Conclusion: Effect of Metformin and Simvastatin in treatment of 2 diabete with hyperlipidemia is obvious. |
