| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对急性胰腺炎患者术后遵医行为的影响。方法：选取2009年1月～2010年11月于我院进行治疗的68例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规护理组）34例和观察组（加强护理干预组）34例，将两组患者护理前及护理后3d及7d的治疗依从性、患者的相关知识知晓率、SCL-90评分及患者满意度进行研究及比较。结果：经研究比较发现，护理后3d、7d观察组治疗依从性较佳者所占比例高于对照组，患者相关知识知晓掌握者比例高于对照组，SCL-90评分优于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义或有高度统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈O．01）。结论：加强护理干预对急性胰腺炎患者术后遵医行为的影响较大，值得推广应用。
