非脱垂子宫阴式与腹式全子宫切除术式的临床比较

目的：探讨非脱垂阴式全子宫切除术与腹式全子宫切除术二种手术方式利弊。方法：将非脱垂阴式全子宫切除术组80例，与同期指征相近的经腹子宫全切除术组80例进行分析比较，两组手术情况进行对照分析。结果：腹式组较阴式组平均手术时间长（P〈0.05），平均出血量较阴式组稍多（P〈0.05），阴式子宫切除术后疼痛较轻、肛门排气时间短、术后发病率低、住院时间短、腹部无瘢痕，两组差异有统计学意义。结论：经阴道全子宫切除术的临床应用效果较好，值得推广和应用。

Clinical comparison of transvaginal and transabdominal hysterectomy of non-prolapsed uterus
