| 摘 要： | 目的：观察合理应用胺碘酮在治疗老年室性心律失常中的疗效及安全性分析。方法：66例老年室性心律失常患者经合理给予胺碘酮治疗4周后观察其疗效及安全性分析。结果：治疗组患者住院期间及随访18个月后无死亡。住院期间及随访24个月后,治疗组抗心律失常治疗有效率为94.2%,对照组为53.1%（P〈0.01）。结论：合理应用胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常副作用少,安全有效 |
