| 摘 要： | 目的比较WarthinStarry(WS)银染色与Grams染色在组织学诊断幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,HP)感染中的作用。方法HE染色法判断所选组织的病理分型并进行分组;用WS银染色法结合Grams染色法判断所选组织HP的感染状况,比较两种不同染色方法的染色结果。结果WS银染色结果阳性率为85.5%,Grams染色结果阳性率为87.74%,两者比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论WS银染色与Grams染色在组织学诊断HP感染中的作用无显著性差别,Grams染色可用于胃组织石蜡切片中HP感染的检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare with Warthin-Starry Sliver staining and Grams staining on diagnosis Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection using paraffin fixed gastric specimen.Methods All samples were stained by HE method in order to detect its pathological type and grouping.The status of HP infection in the tissue was detected by Warthin-Starry and Grams staining.Results The HP infection rate of the samples detected by the Warthin-Starry staining (85.5%) was similar to that by Grams (87.74%).Conclusion There is no significance of difference between Warthin-Starry Sliver staining and Grams staining on diagnosis HP infection using paraffin fixed gastric specimen.This indicates that Grams staining can be used to detect HP infection of gastric tissue embedded by paraffin. |
