摘    要:目的:建立蜂蜜中5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的含量测定方法。方法:利用高效液相色谱法测定6种蜂蜜中5-HMF的含量。结果:5-HMF在48.64~291.84ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.02%,RSD为1.69%(n=6);6种蜂蜜中5-HMF的平均含量在0.0328~0.0398mg.g-1。结论:所建立的方法简便,重复性好,可用于检测蜂蜜中5-HMF的含量。

Determination of 5-HMF in Six Different Kinds of Honeys by HPLC

Abstract:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 5-HMF in different types of honeys. Methods: HPLC method was applied to the determination of 5- HMF in honeys. Results: 5-HMF had a good linearity within the range of 48. 64-291.84 ng, r=0. 9999, The average recovery was 100.02%, RSD=1. 69%(n=6) ; The average contents of six types of honeys were 0. 0328 - 0. 0398 mg · g-1. Conclu- sions: The method is simple and repeatable , which can be used to determine the content of 5-HMF in hon- eys.
