高粘滞血症血液流变学特征与舌诊关系研究

目的：观察高粘滞血症（HVS）的血液流变学特征与舌诊相互关系。方法：血液流变学检测同时，于自然光线下观察记录舌象。结果：复合性HVS大部分血流变学指标较单纯性HVS为高（P＜0．01～0．001）。单纯性HVS以红细胞压积和红细胞聚集增高为特征，复合性HVS还伴有血浆粘度增高和其它几型粘滞因素升高的趋势。舌象结果显示，HVS可伴有不同程度的舌质和舌苔的异常。经治疗，血液流变学指标改善后，舌质舌苔也部分地好转。结论：舌质的异常改变是HVS的一个重要标志，与血液流变学参数异常改变密切相关。

Hemorrheological Characteristics and Tongue Diagnosis in Patients with Hyperviscosity Syndrome

Objective: To observe the relationship between hemorrheological characteristics and tongue diagnosis in patients with hyperviscosity syndrome (HVS). Methods:Tongue symptoms were observed under natural light with the test of hemorrheological parameters. Results:The hemorrheological parameters of com-plex HVS were higher than those of simple HVS (P<0.01-0.001). Simple HVS was characterized by the in-crease of hematocrit,RBC aggregation and complex HVS was associated with the increase of plasma viscosity and other viscosity factors. The tongue symptoms showed that HVS may be associated with abnormalities of tongue material and tongue coat. It was found that the tongue material and tongue coat improved when the hemorrheological parameters came to the normal status after treatment. Conclusion:The abnormal change of tongue material was an important mark of HVS,and it had close relationship between hemorrheological pa-rameters and tongue symptoms.
