原发性高血压病视网膜中央动脉血流与左心室功能关系的多普勒观察

目的：研究原发性高血压病（PH）视网膜血管与左心室功能的相关性。方法：采用多普勒技术对比检测了52例PH和50例健康自愿者的机网膜中央动脉（ACR）血流及左心室功能。结果：病例组左心室舒张功能指标（除舒张早期血流峰值流速外）与对照组差异非常显著（P＜0．01），收缩功能指标与对照组无差异（P＞0．05）。病例组ACR舒张期、收缩期及其平均血流速率均与对照组差异非常显著（P＜0．01）。结论：PH左心室舒张功能按收缩功能变化更明显，在收缩功能尚未改变之前，ACR血流已有异常变化。

Dopplor Observation on Relationship between Flow in Artery of Central Retina(ACR) and Left Ventricular Performance (LVP)in Primary Hypertension(PH)

Blood flow image of ACR and indices of LVP in 52PH and 50 healthy volunteers was observed by dopplor colour echocardiography in order to provide the relationship between retinovascular and LVP. The results showed that indices of all LVP,except the Peak of early diastolic filling,had significant difference between patient group and control group(P<0.01),and no significant difference in the systolic performance between the two groups (P>0. 05). The diastolic blood speed (DBS), the systolic blood speed (SBS)and themean blood speed (MBS)in ACR had significant difference respetively between the two groups (P<0.01 ).This study indicates that abnormality of left ventricular diastolic performance is greater than that of the systolic performance in Patients,blood flow images of ACR presented abnormality before the systolic performance is abnormal.
