| 摘 要： | 通过对制约影响因子的各种因素进行分析,提出其在科技期刊评价中的局限,以期客观认识影响因子的评价功能;并对目前国内期刊影响因子较低、自引率较高的现状进行了剖析,同时提出一些针对性的建议和意见。

| Abstract: | This paper points out the limitations of the impact factor(IF) in the evaluation of scitech periodicals so as to objectively recognize the evaluating function of IF via analyzing their various restricting factors.Meanwhile,it analyzes the current status of lower IF and higher self-cited rate in the scitech periodicals of China and puts forward some suggestions for improving the IF value. |
