| 摘 要： | 目的观察CO2激光联合中药治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床疗效。方法将48例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为两组,治疗组24例,采用CO2激光照射病变部位联合口服中药治疗;对照组24例,单纯用口服中药治疗。结果治疗组有效率87.5%;对照组有效率66.7%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论激光联合中药治疗口腔扁平苔藓有较显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effcacy of treating oral lichen planus with CO2 laser for section of irradiation.Methods 48 patients with oral lichen planus were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(24 cases) was treated with CO2 laser for section of irradiation and TCM for oral administration.The control group(24 cases) was treated only with TCM for oral administration.Results Apparent effectiveness:the combined group was 87.5%;the control group was 66.7%.The combined group and the control both had obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of oral lichenplanus with CO2 laser for section of irradiation and TCM for oral administration could improve the curative effect in evidence. |
