规范流程带教法在儿科护理临床带教中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨规范流程带教法在儿科护理带教中的应用效果。方法将92名护理专科护生随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统带教法,实验组采用规范流程带教法,课程结束后评价教学效果。结果实验组操作技能考核成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.01):实验组95.65%护生认为规范流程带教法提高了自己的整体素质。结论采用规范流程带教法进行儿科护理带教有利于护生操作技能、沟通能力、临床实际应对能力的培养,可解决教学与临床脱节的问题.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of application of standard flow guidance teaching method in pediatric nursing guidance and teaching. Methods 92 specialist care nursing students were divided into experimental group and control group at random. Traditional methods was used in the control groups, standard flow guidance teaching method was applied in the experimental group, Teaching effect was evalualted by the end of the course. Results The score of operating skills assessment test in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group, Difference between two groups has statisticaly significant(P<0.01). 95.65% of nursing students in the experimental group considered that standard flow guidance teaching method improved their overall quality. Conclusion Pediatric nursing education by standard flow guidance teaching method was effective in improving nursing students operating skills, communication skills and training ability to cope with the clinical problem.
