摘    要:目的]通过二氧化氯杀灭埃希氏大肠杆菌影响因素试验,探索其杀菌浓度及适宜试验条件.方法]设定不同浓度二氧化氯,不同试验时间、温度、pH等条件分别试验,试验结果经相关关系方程分析,得到最佳的选择条件.结果]二氧化氯浓度与杀菌时间呈负指数相关(r=-0.982,P<0.01);存活菌数之对数与作用时间呈直线负相关(r=-0.977,P<0.01);全部杀灭细菌所需时间与温度呈负相关(r=-0.997,P<0.01);二氧化氯在酸性条件下杀菌效果好.结论]在20℃下,400 mg/L稳定性二氧化氯溶液对大肠杆菌(8099)的杀菌D值为2.53 min,作用8 min杀灭率达99.99%以上.其浓度系数为1.57,温度系数为1.56.该消毒液在酸性(pH 2~5)条件下杀菌效果较好,pH值>7时杀菌作用明显下降.

Abstract:Objective]To find the concentration of chlorine dioxide in killing Escherichia coli and its proper experimental condition .Method] To set up different concentration, different experiment time, temperature , and Ph value. Experiment results were analyzed through mutual relationship equation to find the-best condition. Result] Chlorine dioxide concentration was in negative correlation with time ( r = -0.982, P < 0.01) . Time used to kill all bacteria was in negative correlation with temperature( r = - 0.997, P < 0.01) . Conclusion] The result indicates that the efficacy of 400 mg/L chlorine dioxide in killing Escherichia coli increased with prolonging the action time and the D value for killing bacteria eas 2.53 min. The concentration coefficient of chlorine diocide for killing the bacteria was 1.57 and the temperature coefficient was 1.56. Good baclerticidal feeicacy was obtained when the pH value of the solution was 2-5, While the efficacy decreased significantly when the Ph value was more than 7.
