循证护理模式对骨折患者骨折愈合、精神状态及生活质量的影响

目的探讨循证护理模式对骨折患者骨折愈合、精神状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2008年1月至2009年10月在某院进行治疗的90例骨折患者为研究对象,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者采用循证护理模式。患者入院时及治疗1个月后,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depres-sion scale,HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA）检测两组患者的精神状态,并采用简明健康状况问卷（short form 36 health survey questionnaire,SF-36）比较两组患者治疗前后的生活质量;比较治疗1个月后两组患者的骨折愈合情况。结果治疗1个月后,观察组患者的骨折愈合情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。患者入院时两组患者的HAMD、HAMA及SF-36评分差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）;治疗1个月后,观察组患者的HAMD、HAMA及SF-36评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论对骨折患者采用循证护理模式进行护理,对于促进患者骨折愈合、改善患者的精神状态及生活质量有明显的效果,值得临床推广应用。

Influence of Evidence-based Nursing Mode to Fracture Healing,Mental State and Quality of Life in Fracture Patients

Objective To study the influence of evidence-based nursing mode to fracture healing,mental state and quality of life（QOL）in fracture patients.Methods From January 2008 through October 2009,90 fracture patients were selected using convenience sampling method and then were randomly divided into a control group（n=45）and an observational group（n=45）.The control group received the routine nursing mode and the observational group received evidence-based nursing mode.Then all the patients were tested and compared using Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）and Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）on mental state and short form 36 health survey questionnaire（SF-36）on QOL at admission and 1 month after treatment.The fracture healing levels of the two groups were compared after 1 month of treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,the fracture healing level in the observational group was significantly superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of HAMD,HAMA and SF-36 of the two groups had no significant difference at admission（P〉0.05）.The scores of HAMD,HAMA and SF-36 in the observational group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 1 month of treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing mode is effective in promoting fracture healing in fracture patients and improving their mental state and QOL,which is worth of further clinical popularization.
