| 摘 要： | 测定１８例子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液肿瘤坏死因子水平值，１０例行对照检测。子宫内膜异位症患者，腹腔液肿瘤坏死因子值明显高于对照组，且于宫内膜异位症患者的病变程度、痛经、不孕亦与肿瘤坏死因子水平密切相关。

| Abstract: | The peritoneal fluid concentration of tumor necrosis factor (TNFa) in 18 patients with endometriosis was investigated using 10 gynecologic patients other than endometriosis as control.Results showed that the concentration of TNF in endometriosis patients was significantly higher than that of the control group.In this series, the elevation of the TNF level was closely to the degree of the pathology,the dysmenorrhea and sterility. |
