摘    要:目的:观察SOD富硒枸杞对游泳小鼠心肌Se、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg等微量元素的影响。方法:给实验组小鼠加服SOD富硒枸杞液后,使其剧烈运动,用原子吸收分光光度法测定心肌组织Se、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg等微量元素含量。结果:给药组小鼠心肌Se、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg含量均高于相应对照组,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论:SOD富硒枸杞可补充心肌组织因运动丧失的一些微量元素,对心肌具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of SOD-Selenium-enriched wolfberry fruits on trace elements contents in myocardium of exhaustive mice experienced coercive swimming. Methods: The contents of trace elements Cu, Zn, Fe, Mg, Se were determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometer, typed spectr AA 30 made in Varian Co. U.S.A. Results: The contents of trace elements Cu, Zn, Fe, Mg, Se in myocardium of mice given SOD-Selenium-enriched Wolfberry fruits were higher than that of respective controls (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Trace elements served as cofactors or as constituents of complex molecule are required in minute concentrations for normal functionating, growth and development of organism. Trace elements lost during exhaustive swimming can be satisfactorily prevented by oral administration of lycium barbarum L.
