| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院抗抑郁药物的应用情况和发展趋势。方法:采用金额排序法和频度分析法对我院2003年~2005年抗抑郁药进行统计、分析。结果:抗抑郁药的用药金额及用药频度(DDDs)逐年提高。结论:SSRI及氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛等新型抗抑郁药成为我院临床首选药物。新型抗抑郁药发展前景广阔,我国制药企业应加快开发国产抗抑郁药,以满足患者需要并降低治疗费用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization and tendency of antidepressants in our hospital.METHODS: The utilization of antineoplastic agents in our hospital from 2003 to July 2005 was analyzed statistically in terms of the consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS: Both the consumption sum and DDDs of antidepressants were increasing year by year.CONCLUSION: The neotype antidepressants such as SSRI and fulpentixol melitracen etc were the first choice drugs in our hospital.The prospect for the development of the neotype antidepressants is very promising,thus the Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises should speed up their development of domestic antidepressants to satisfy patients' demands meanwhile lowering the treatment cost. |
