| 摘 要： | 对散见于《临证指南医案》一书中有关“络病”的论述，进行了系统的整理和总结。强调了叶氏关于新病、久病皆可入络的观点，总结了络病当分气血，脏腑的辨证原则，概述了络病当以通络为主的治疗原则，介绍了络病通络的具体方法和有关病案。

| Abstract: | The author sorted out Ye's theory of collateral disease from Ye's book-A Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records. From Ye's point of view. acute and chronic could be classified as collateral disease. The author also summarized Ye's rules of differentiation and treatmenc for collataral disease together with Ye's practical treatment and some relevant clinical cases. |
