| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支原体肺炎患儿3项血小板参数与病情的关系。方法对110例支原体肺炎患儿及90例正常对照组患儿的血小板计数（PLT）、平均血小板体积（MPV）及血小板分布宽度（PDW）,进行测定及比较。结果支原体肺炎患儿3项血小板参数与对照组比较,PLT、MPV差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,PDW差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论通过测定支原体肺炎患儿血小板参数可协助了解临床病情。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the alternation and clinical significance of platelet parameter in 110 children patients with Mycoplasmal-pneumonia.Methods To observe the alternation of 110 children patients Mycoplasmal-pneumonia platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),and compared it with 90 normal control-groups.Results The platelet parameter of Mycoplasmal-pneumonia groups compared with control group.There were significantly higher in the PLT、MPV(P<0.05).there was no significant difference in the PDW(P>0.05).Conclusion To study the platelet parameter of Mycoplasmal-pneumonia is helpful for its diagnosis and prognosis estimation. |
