驴胶补血颗粒絮凝澄清工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选ZTC1+1-Ⅱ用于驴胶补血颗粒的絮凝工艺条件,改进驴胶补血颗粒纯化工艺。方法在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验设计法考察药液质量浓度、搅拌速度和ZTC1+1-Ⅱ加入量3个因素对絮凝工艺的影响。结果驴胶补血颗粒絮凝工艺的优化条件为药液质量浓度为1:7(每7mL药液含1g生药),在60℃及150r/min的搅拌条件下加入ZTC1+1-Ⅱ澄清剂A组分为0.3mL/g(以药液中含生药量计),搅拌10min,然后每隔30min搅拌(50r/min)3min,2h后在40℃(150r/min)下加入ZTC1+1-Ⅱ澄清剂B组分为0.15mL/g(以药液中含生药量计),搅拌20min,加热至80℃保温5min,最后静置30min,再搅拌(50r/min)3min。结论本试验条件可为驴胶补血颗粒的工艺改进提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the conditions of flocculation procedure for Lujiao Buxue Granules with ZTC1+1-Ⅱ. Methods On the basis of single factor test, the medical solution concentration, whisking speed, dosage of ZTC1+1-Ⅱ as the examining factors, the optimum flocculatioh procedure was selected by the orthogonal design. Results The optimum flocculation procedure conditions were as follows: the medical solution concentration with 1:7 (1 g materials per 7 mL medical solution), the content of A from ZTC1+1-Ⅱ entered with 0. 3 mL/g (counted with medical materials), at 60 ℃by the whisking speed of 150 r/min, after whisking of 15 min, then whisked for 3 min with 50 r/min per 30 min, 2 h later, the content of B from ZTC1+1-Ⅱ entered with 0. 15 mL/g with 40℃with 150 r/rain of whisking speed, the whisking time was 20 min, retained 80 ℃ with 5 min, then whisked 3 rain with 50 r/min after 30 min. Conclusion The experimental results provide the scientific and reasonable basis for the technology improvement of Lujiao Buxue Granules.
