脑磁图观察针刺太冲穴所致脑部能量变化

摘    要:目的 应用脑磁图观察针刺太冲穴引起的脑部能量变化。方法 将16名健康志愿者随机分为两组,对8名针刺左侧太冲穴(针刺太冲穴组),对另外8名针刺附近假穴(针刺非穴组)。于针刺前行MR和脑磁图检查,针刺后1、3、5 min分别行脑磁图扫描,采样率为300 Hz,以MEG Processor软件分析脑磁图数据。结果 两两比较,针刺太冲穴1、3、5 min后脑波平均增幅差异均有统计学意义(3 min vs 1 min:F=0.27,P<0.001;5 min vs 3 min:F=0.41,P<0.001);激活脑区为双侧额叶、双侧颞叶、扣带回、对侧丘脑、双侧小脑、脑干,能量较高部位为双侧额叶、双侧颞叶、扣带回。结论 针灸太冲穴可引起大脑不同部位发生能量变化,并由此达到治疗功效。

Abstract:Objective To observe changes of brain energy caused by acupuncturing Taichong point with magnetoencephalography (MEG). Methods Sixteen healthy volunteers were randomly divided into two groups, 8 underwent acupuncture at left Taichong point, the rest 8 underwent fake acupuncture near the left Taichong point. All subjects underwent MR and MEG examination before acupuncture, MEG was also performed 1, 3, 5 min after acupuncture. MEG data were recorded at a sampling of 300 Hz, and then analyzed with MEG Processor. Results Brainwave average increase were statistical different among 1, 3, 5 min after acupuncture Taichong point (3 min vs 1 min: F=0.27, P<0.001; 5 min vs 3 min: F=0.41, P<0.001). The activated brain regions included bilateral frontal, bilateral temporal lobe, cingulate gyrus, contralateral thalamus, cerebellum and brainstem, while higher energy site was observed in bilateral frontal, bilateral temporal lobe and cingulate gyrus. Conclusion Acupuncturing Taichong point may achieve therapeutic efficacy by activating different parts of the brain.
