羟基磷灰石的生物学基础及临床应用

摘    要:我院与华南理工大学共同研制了一种块状羟基磷灰石人工骨(BHAB)。在小白鼠体内进行了急性毒性试验,体外微量细胞毒性试验,溶血试验。兔皮下埋值试验及兔下颌骨埋植试验。结果证明该材料无毒性,不致的,不引起炎症反应,具有良好的生物相容性,并能与软、硬组织形成紧密的结合。在14例颌面整形的临床应用中取得满意的结果。

Abstract:uanan Scince and Engneering University and our department developed a kind of block hydroxyap-atite artificial bone(BHAB).Acute toxicity test in mice,cell trace toxicity test in vitro,hemolytic test,rabbit subcutaneous implantation test,rabbit mandibular implantation test all showed that the materialhad no toxicity, no antigenicity,no induction of inflammation,and had an extremely good biocompatibi-lity. It could form a close union with both the soft and hard tissue. 14 cases were reported.
