| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年冠心病患者的临床及冠状动脉病变特点。方法 采用病例对照研究方法 ,观察 346例经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者 ,并根据年龄是否≥ 6 5岁而分为老年组 (n =134)和中青年组(n =2 12 ) ,评价两组的危险因素及冠脉病变情况。结果 老年患者的左主干及多支血管病变多见 ,左回旋支及其近段病变也多见 ,而在单支血管病变中青年患者多于老年患者。危险因素方面两组差别不大。结论 老年冠心病患者的冠脉病变以左主干和多支发生血管病变多见

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical and angiographic characteristics of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 346 patients with coronary heart disease were retrospectively studied by case control,who were divided into two groups:elderly patients(n=134) and younger pateints(n=212) according to age.Risk factors in each group were evaluated.Results More left main and multivessel lesions were found in elderly patients than those in younger patients,while single vessel lesions were less found in elderly patients.There were no remarkable differences in risk factors.Conclusion Elderly patients have more left main lesions and multivessel lesions. |
