Rho激酶抑制剂的研究进展

Rho激酶对许多细胞活动，如血管平滑肌细胞收缩、肌动蛋白细胞骨架重组、细胞黏附和移动、胞质分裂、肿瘤细胞浸润和基因表达等具有重要的调节作用。Rho激酶还与多种疾病的发生和发展密切相关，如心脑血管疾病、支气管哮喘、青光眼、勃起功能障碍和肿瘤等。Rho激酶抑制剂已成为目前新药研究的热点，为心血管等多种疾病的治疗开辟了新途径。本文对近年来Rho激酶抑制剂的研究进展进行了综述。

Rho kinase inhibitors: a research progress

Rho kinase which is the downstream substrate plays a key role in regulating various cellular functions, such as vascular smooth muscle cell contraction, actin cytoskeleton recombination, cell adhesion and motility, cytokinesis, tumor cell migration and invasion ,and gene expressions. Rho kinase is involved in the pathogenesis of various diseases, such as cardiocerebrovascular diseases, bronchial asthma, glaucoma, erectile dysfunction and tumor. Currently, Rho kinase inhibitors are regarded as a hot topic in drug research and can be used as a novel choice for treating cardiovascular diseases and other diseases. In this paper, the advances in the research on Rho kinase inhibitors are reviewed.
