| 摘 要： | 目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定清咽含片中没食子酸含量。方法 色谱条件 :C1 8柱 ,以甲醇 - 0 .5 %冰乙酸 (15∶ 85 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 6 0 nm。结果 平均回收率为 98.9% ,RSD为 1.5 0 %。结论 :此法简便 ,灵敏 ,快速 ,可靠 ,重复性好 ,可用于清咽含片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine content of Gallic acid of Qingyan lozenges by HPLC.Methods Using C18column with methanol- 0 .5 % acetic acid solution (1 5∶ 85 ) as the mobile phase,detection wavelength at 2 6 0 nm.Results The average recovery was 99.3 7% with RSD 1 .91 % .Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate with a good reproducibility and available to quality control of Qingyuan lozenges. |
