银杏竹鼠肌肉成分对小鼠血脂、体液免疫的影响

摘    要:目的:观察银杏竹鼠肌肉成分对小鼠血脂、体液免疫的影响。方法:喂饲银杏竹鼠肌肉干粉予小鼠连续一个月后,用酶法和血清凝集法分别测定血清总胆固醇(T—CH),甘油三酯(TG)含量以及小鼠血清中抗SRBC凝集素值。结果:竹肉各组小鼠与NS组、洋参丸组比较,血清总胆固醇(T—CH),甘油三酯(TG)含量差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);与NS组相比,竹肉各组均能明显增加小鼠血清中抗SRBC凝集素值(P<0.05),且呈剂量依赖关系;其中,竹肉干粉1:4(A2组)作用更显著(P<0.01),与洋参丸组作用相当(P>0.05)。结论:口服银杏竹鼠肌肉成分可增强小鼠体质、增强小鼠免疫能力,且不会造成血脂升高,这一结果也提示银杏竹鼠肌肉成分很有可能成为极有应用前景和开发价值的保健食品。

Abstract:Objective: The effects of meat components from Yinxin Zhushu on blood lipid and humoral immunity in mice were observed. Methods: Contents of the total cholesterol (T CH),triglyceride(TG),and the agglutination value against SRBC were measured by using kit and serum agglutination in mice serum, after feeding the dried meat from Yinxin Zhushu for a month.Results:In all experimental groups,there was no significance in contents of serum TG and T CH( P >0.05).However,the agglutination value in A1 and A2 group was much more than that in NS group and there was considerable significance ( P <0.05),revealing the relationship to dose dependence.Conclusion:The meat of Yinxin Zhushu would enhance the constitution and immunity of mice,furthermore, there is no adverse effect in blood lipid.It shows that the meat components from Yinxin Zhushu would be more likely to become a promising healthy food.
