多用途脊柱固定器的研究与临床应用

摘    要:目的 对自行设计的多用途脊柱固定器 (MSF)固定胸腰椎骨折后的效果进行生物力学评价 ,并通过初步临床应用为临床医疗提供科学理论依据。方法 利用 7具较新鲜的固定胸腰椎脊柱标本 ,模似临床骨折用实验应力分析方法对其固定后生物力学性能进行测定 ,在此基础上应用于临床 ,论证其医疗效果。结果  (1)MSF固定胸腰椎骨折的强度 ,刚度和脊柱稳定性方面的均优于Steffee、Dick器械 (P <0 0 1)。 (2 )初步临床应用表明 ,该内固定器械操作方便 ,疗效满意。结论 MSF固定胸腰椎骨折满足生物力学要求 ,提高损伤脊柱的三柱稳定性能。具有良好的生物力学性能 ,设计合理 ,操作方便 ,多种用途效果 ,有较好的应用价值

Abstract:Objective To evaluate biomechanical test for self-device MSF which has fixed thoracolumbar fracture and to observe priliminary clinical application which offer valuable evidence for MSF. Methods Seven fresher spinal specimens were prepared. After the model of fracture was established, A biomechanical test was done on specimens instrumented with MSF、 Steffee、 Dick and ultimate load were recorded through statistical analysis. Results The strength stiffness and stability of MSF were significantly good than control group. Primary clinical application has Show that MSF has satisfactovy reduction. Conclusion MSF has been provided rigged fixation biomechanically in spinal fracture and three-column stabilization. MSF have some advantage such as well design, ease operation and multifunction.
