进展期肺结核CR、CT诊断及临床应用

目的:探讨进展期肺结核CR及CT的表现和临床价值。方法:5 8例肺结核患者中男36例,女2 2例,年龄16岁～74岁。均行CR和CT检查,由两位资深放射科医师对所得影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果:5 8例中结节影12例,多发斑片结节影4 6例;肺实变者18例,9例病变内见“支气管气相”;合并空洞者14例;15例伴有支气管播散,8例伴有血行播散;合并胸膜改变者2 4例。合并霉菌感染、肺淀粉样变和气胸各2例,支气管受累者11例。结论:CT在显示空洞、播散病灶等征象方面明显优于CR。

Clinical Application and Comparative Analysis of Plain Film and CT in Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in the Advance Stage

Objective To evaluate the chest plain film and CT features and clinic value of pulmonary tuberculosis in the advance stage. Methods the patients in this study included 36 men and 22 women,with ages ranging from 16 to 68 years old.Examinations of chest plain film and CT were performed in all patients.All of the imaging materials were reviewed retrospectively by two senior radiologists.Results The images of X-ray and CT in this study showed major multipl small patchy shadow in 46 patients,focal pulmonary consolidation in 18,small nodules in 12 and cavitation 14.Complications included localized or diffuse bronchogenic dissemination foci in 15,hematal dissemination foci in 8, pleural lesion in 24 and pneumothorax 2. Conclusion CT scans can exactly display cavitation and dissemination foci , and superior to plain film examination.
