银杏达莫治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效观察

目的 探讨银杏达莫注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足（V-BAI）的临床疗效。方法 将116例V-BAI的患者随机分为两组，研究组66例，银杏达莫注射液20ml加入0．9％氯化钠注射液250ml静脉点滴，每日1次；对照组50例，复方丹参注射液20ml加入0．9％氯化钠注射液250ml静脉点滴，每日1次。疗程均2周。结果 研究组症状完全缓解53例．明显好转6例，轻度缓解4例，无效3例；对照组症状完全缓解5例，明显好转18例，轻度缓解16例，无效11例。研究组总显效率为95．45％，明显高于对照组的78％（P〈0．01）。结论 银杏达莫注射液治疗椎一基底动脉供血不足疗效显著，安全可靠。

Clinical observation of treating the ischemia of vertebral-basilar arteries by Yinxingdamo

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating the ischemia of vertebral-basilar arteries by venous infusion of Yinxingdamo.Methods 116 cases of the patients suffering from the ischemia of vertebral-basilar arteries were divided randomly into two groups.In study group,66 patients were infused 20ml of Yinxingdamo injection added in 0.9% NS 250ml by I.V. q.d. for two weeks.In controlled group 50 patients were infused 20ml of compound danshen injection in 250ml 0.9% NS by I.V q.d. for two weeks.Results In study group,the symptoms of 55 cases were completely remissive,6 cases significantly improved,4 cases mildly improved,and no improvement was found in one case.In controlled group,the symptoms of 5 cases were completely remissive,18 cases significantly improved,16 cases mildly improved,and no improvement was found in 11 cases.In study group the total efficacy rate of 98.48% was significantly higher than that of controlled group which was 78%(P<0.01).Conclusion Venous infusion of Yinxingdamo to treat the ischemia of vertebral-basilar arteries is clinically significantly effective and safe.
