摘    要:目的 比较不同麻醉方式在大鼠头颈部MRI检查过程中的麻醉效果.方法 将18只SD大鼠随机分成A、B、C 3组各6只,分别采用水合氯醛腹腔注射、氯胺酮腹腔注射、氯胺酮肌肉注射进行麻醉,麻醉完成后均行MRI扫描,比较3组的麻醉起效时间、持续时间、麻醉效果、大鼠死亡情况.结果 B组、C组、A组的麻醉起效时间依次缩短(P<0.05);A组的麻醉持续时间均长于B组及C组(P<0.05),但B组与C组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).A组及C组所有大鼠均麻醉成功且MRI图像质量合格,B组2只大鼠麻醉失败,1只大鼠MRI图像质量不合格;A组2只大鼠MRI扫描后死亡,B组及C组均无大鼠死亡.结论 综合考虑麻醉时间、效果及安全性等因素,氯胺酮肌肉注射的麻醉效果较水合氯醛或氯胺酮腹腔注射更为理想,是可供选择的大鼠MRI检查的麻醉方法.

Abstract:Objective To compare the anesthetic efficacy among different anesthetic methods for MRI examination of head and neck in rats .Methods Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into group A ,group B and group C ,with 6 rats in each group .Anesthesia using intraperitoneal injection of chloral hydrate ,intraperitoneal injection of ketamine ,intramuscular injection of ketamine were performed in group A,group B and group C respectively .MRI was conducted in all rats after anesthesia was finished .The time of anesthetic onset , duration of anesthesia ,anesthetic efficacy and death of rats were compared among the three groups .Results The time of anesthetic onset was shortened in the order of group B,group C and group A(P<0.05).The duration of anesthesia was longer in group A compared to group B or C(P<0.05),but no statistical difference was found between group B and group C(P>0.05).Successful anesthesia and qualified quality of MRI image were observed in all rats in group A and group B .In group B,unsuccessful anesthesia was found in two rats and the quality of MRI image was unqualified in one rat .Two rats in group A died after MRI examination ,and no death occurred in group B or group C . Conclusion Considering anesthetic time , efficacy and safety , intramuscular injection of ketamine achieves a better anesthetic efficacy compared to intraperitoneal injection of chloral hydrate or ketamine ,and is an optional anesthetic approach for MRI in rats .
