摘    要:目的 探讨浸渍法提取胡黄连的最佳工艺条件.方法 采用浸渍法提取胡黄连,用不同浓度乙醇进行试验,确定提取溶剂;以提取的粒度、料液比、时间、温度为主要影响因素,胡黄连浸膏量为评价指标,采用单因素实验及正交实验对提取工艺进行优化设计,确定浸渍法提取胡黄连的最佳工艺条件.结果 浸渍法提取胡黄连浸膏的最佳乙醇浓度为80%;对胡黄连浸膏量的影响程度依次为粒度>料液比>温度>时间,其中粒度、料液比、温度对浸膏量的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05);提取条件为粒度20目、料液比1 ∶25、时间75 min、温度80℃时,浸膏量最高.结论 浸渍法提取胡黄连,方法简单合理,其最佳工艺条件为粒度20目、料液比1 ∶25、时间75 min、温度80℃.

Abstract:Objective To explore the optimum technological condition of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora extraction by dip-molding method.Methods Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora extraction was performed using dip-molding method.The experiment was performed with different concentrations of alcohol for deciding the extraction solvent.The particle size,solid/liquid ratio,duration and temperature of extraction were involved as the main influencing factors,and the amount of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora concrete as evaluation index.Then the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the extraction process in order to decide the optimum technological condition of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora extraction by dip-molding method.Results The optimum concentration of alcohol was 80% for Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora extraction by dip-molding method.The degree influencing the amount of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora concrete decreased in the order of particle size,solid/liquid ratio,temperature and duration.Statistical significance was found in the influence of particle size,solid/liquid ratio and temperature on the amount of concrete(P<0.05).The maximal amount of concrete was obtained when the particle size,solid/liquid ratio,duration and temperature were defined as 20 sieve pores,1 ∶25,75 minutes and 80℃ respectively.Conclusion This experimental approach is simple and reasonable.Twenty sieve pores of particle size,1 ∶25 of solid/liquid ratio,75 minutes of duration and 80℃ of temperature are the optimal technological conditions of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora extraction by dip-molding method.
