前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及安全性

目的 探讨前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及安全性.方法 将66例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为联合组和对照组,每组各33例.对照组给予常规治疗和贝那普利口服治疗,联合组在对照组治疗的基础上加用前列地尔静脉滴注治疗.比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后的24 h尿蛋白水平、24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐水平,临床症状积分以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况.结果 联合组临床疗效优于对照组,治疗后两组24 h尿蛋白水平、24 h UAER、血肌酐水平及临床症状积分较前降低,且联合组的以上指标均低于对照组(均P<0.05).治疗期间两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效和安全性良好,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with benazepril for diabetic nephropathy

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with benazepril for diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty-six patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into combination group(n=33) and control group(n=33).The control group received routine treatment and oral administration of benazepril.And the combination group was intravenously administered alprostadil on the basis of the treatment performed in the control group.The clinical efficacy,24-hour urine protein levels,24-hour urinary albumin excretion rates (UAER),serum creatinine levels and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in the combination group was superior to that in the control group.After treatment,the levels of 24-hour urine protein,24-hour UAER,serum creatinine level and clinical symptom scores decreased in both groups,and the indices above in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions during the treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with benazepril can achieve a good efficacy and safety for diabetic nephropathy,and it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
