| 摘 要： | 目的：梳理精准医疗领域的发展历史和研究热点,揭示学科内部结构。方法：以 PubMed数据库中主题为“精准医疗”的文献为研究对象,利用书目共现分析系统(BICOME2)和SPSS 21对检索结果进行主题词聚类分析和高频词分析,揭示该领域研究热点和学科内部结构。结果：精准医疗领域发文量逐年上升；载文期刊主要以英、美期刊为主；Top30主题词和聚类结果表征了精准医疗领域的研究热点,主题战略坐标分析展现了精准医疗的学科内部结构。结论：肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后以及分子靶向技术的应用等六个方面是精准医疗领域的研究热点,乳腺癌的治疗等领域在未来具有较好的发展前景。
