HIV感染者或AIDS患者与固定性伴发生性行为时安全套使用的影响因素

目的 探讨HIV感染者或AIDS患者(HIV/AIDS)与固定性伴发生性行为时使用安全套的影响因素.方法 选择2010年至2016年建立的贵港市AIDS防治数据库中存活的HIV/AIDS者,对愿意接受调查的194人进行问卷访谈,总结其一般人口学特征,分析HIV/AIDS人群与固定性伴发生性行为时使用安全套的影响因素.结果 有固定性伴的HIV/AIDS者共178人,与固定性伴发生性行为时,安全套使用率为81.5％(145/178).年龄为40～<60岁的HIV/AIDS人群倾向于在与固定性伴发生性行为时使用安全套(P<0.05),而固定性伴HIV检测结果阴性者则倾向于不使用安全套(P<0.05).结论 HIV/AIDS人群与固定性伴发生性行为安全套使用率较高,但需加强对固定性伴HIV阴性的家庭安全套使用的行为促进和健康教育.

Influencing factors for condom use in sexual behavior with regular sexual partners among HIV positive or AIDS population

Objective To explore the influencing factors for condom use in sexual behavior with regular sexual partners among HIV positive or AIDS ( HIV/AIDS) population.Methods The living HIV/AIDS patients were selected from the Guigang database of AIDS prevention and control between 2010 and 2016 .Questionnaire and interview were performed in 194 participants who agreed to be investigated .The general demographic characteristics were summarized .The influencing factors for condom use in sexual behavior with regular sexual partners among HIV positive or AIDS ( HIV/AIDS) population were analyzed .Results A total of 178 HIV/AIDS patients had regular sexual partners , and 81 .5％( 145/178 ) of them used condoms in sexual behavior with their regular sexual partners .The HIV/AIDS patients aged 40-<60 years were more likely to use condom in sexual behavior with their regular sexual partners (P<0.05), while the participants whose regular sexual partner with negative HIV preferred not to use condom (P<0.05).Conclusion The rate of condom use in sexual behavior with regular sexual partners is quite high among HIV /AIDS population .It is necessary to strengthen the behavior promotion and health education of condom use in the families with negative -HIV regular sexual partners .
