| 摘 要： | 通过对《伤寒论》疾病治疗及组方的分析，发现脾与五脏密切相关，心、肺、肾 ,肝病变时可以从脾论治。脾与心，心系疾病常从脾治，如小建中汤、炙甘草汤的运用;脾与肺，生理上，土生金，病理上，母病及子，如肺疾以麦门冬汤培土生金;脾与肾，肾虚通过补脾益气以温肾;脾与肝，“见肝之病，知肝传脾”，脾气充实则肝病自愈。
