| 摘 要： | 本文报告了35例颈椎侧方穿刺的脊髓造影。重点讨论了本法的具体方法、适应症、禁忌症及其优点。本法简便安全,代替了危险的小脑延髓池穿刺造影,对颈段和上胸段脊髓病变尤为适合,是一种值得推广的方法。

| Abstract: | Myelography by lateral cervical puncture was studied in 35 cases. We mainly discuss tke procedure, indications, contraindications and advantages of this approach. It is simple and safe enough to replace myelography by cisternal puncture, which carries danger in its wake. It suits in particular the diagnosis of the lesion in the cervical and upper thoracic spinal cord. Therefore, this sort of myelography is worthy of popularization. |
