中国维吾尔族和苗族人群线粒体DNA 9-bp缺失频率

目的：了解了中国新疆维吾尔族和湖北恩施地区苗族线粒体DNACOⅡ／tRNA^Lys基因间小非编码区V串联重复序列9－bp缺失频率。方法：应用PCR及DNA序列分析技术。结果：研究发现，80例新疆维族人中有2例（2．5％）有mtDNA9-bp缺失；47例湖北恩施地区苗族人中有5例（10．6％）有mtDNA9－bp缺失。结论：研究结果表明中国少数民族的维族、苗族人群中存在mtDNA9－bp缺失多态性，而其缺失频率差别较大。

Frequence of 9-bp delection in the human mitochondrial DNA among the Weiwuer nationality and Miao nationality in China

Objective:To search the intergenic COII/tRNA Lys 9 bp deletion in the human mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) among the Weiwuer nationality and Miao nationality in China Methods:The DNA fragment in mtDNA intergenic COII/tRNA Lys was amplified by PCR technique Some samples were analysed by direct sequencing of PCR products Results: We screened the present 80 Weiwuer nationality and 47 Miao nationality for the 9 bp deletion The frequency of the 9 bp deletion was 2 5% for Weiwuer nationality,10 6% for Miao nationality All this deletive cases were identified in this region present lack one of two adjacent copies of a 9 bp sequence normally Conclusion:The data obtioned indicate that the intergenic COII/tRNA Lys 9 bp deletion were discovered in Weiwuer nationality and Miao nationality with varying frequencies
