部队中青年干部开展代谢综合征调研的体会

目的了解部队在职干部代谢异常状况，更好地保障军队干部的健康。方法对600名部队在职干部进行全面体检，对于有代谢异常指标者，综合分析。结果无代谢异常者占30％，2项以上代谢异常者占52％，3项以上代谢异常者为18％。结论目前干部整体健康水平不容乐观，全面提高部队在职干部健康水平任重道远。

Long-term therapeutic effect of triple therapy consisted of omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin for children with helicobacter pylori infection

Objective To evaluate the eradication rate and long-term therapeutic effect of a triple therapy consisted of omeprazole, clarithromycin (CLA) and amoxicillin on Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. Methods A total of 262 children with HP infection were divided into two groups. 157 children were given the triple therapy for a week (CLA group), and 105 children were given another triple therapy composed of omeprazole, metronidazole (MET) and amoxicillin for two weeks (MET group). All the children were followed up from 1 month to 36 months after course of treatment. Results The HP eradication rate of CLA group and MET group were 90.4% and 77.1% respectively with significant difference of the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Triple therapy consistent of omeprazole, CLA and amoxicillin for one week was the better to eradicate. Hp infection with high eradication rate, few side effects, and short period of treatment, good compliance, and low recurrence rate.
