| 摘 要： | 目的 观察3种微型角膜板层刀头在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)中对角膜瓣并发症的影响.方法 采用Moria M2(旋转式微型角膜板层刀)130型、110型、90型对2 416眼行LASIK,对与角膜瓣有关并发症进行分析.结果 LASIK角膜瓣并发症主要是瓣制作不全、瓣厚薄不均、游离、皱褶、移位、上皮植入、角膜Haze、圆锥角膜等,3组病例术后角膜瓣并发症的发生率为130型组622眼,角膜瓣并发症发生率为0.32%;110型组860眼,角膜瓣并发症发生率为0.47%;90型组934眼,角膜瓣并发症发生率为5.46%.结论 130、110、90型均具有安全性,90型角膜瓣并发症发生率高于110、130型,在患者条件允许的情况下应首选110型,既能保留足够的角膜厚度又能降低角膜瓣并发症的发生.
