自制双通道内镜及扩张器辅以抗癌药物治疗晚期癌性幽门梗阻——附13例报告

介绍了双通道内镜及内镜用扩张器的制作方法及采用上述器械在内镜直视下对晚期癌性幽门梗阻进行扩张再通的方法，并将接受扩张及局部注射抗癌治疗的患者与同期同类接受手术及全身化疗的患者预后进行随访对比，结果表明，扩张及局部化疗患者的平均存活时间为７．７个月，手术及全身化疗患者的平均存活时间为７．９个月（Ｐ＞０．５）；治疗费用前者远低于后者（Ｐ＜０．００１）；开始进食时间前者优于后者，生命质量两者相似，认为本方法是一种较实用的解除梗阻，延长生命的方法。

It is recognired that the former treatment is a practical mach to release obstruction, prolong living.
