| 摘 要： | 目的：观察热敷和静脉炎膏预处理对PICC引起的机械性静脉炎的预防作用。方法：将416例行PICC置管患者随机分为实验组与对照组，实验组在置管术后采用热敷和静脉炎膏涂抹以导管走行静脉为中心的术肢上臂皮肤，对照组在置管术后未予热敷和静脉炎膏处理。结果：实验组出现静脉炎发生率10．31％，显著低于对照组30．18％（P〈0．01）。结论：热敷和静脉炎膏预处理可显著减少机械性静脉炎的发生，减轻患者的痛苦。
