小剂量黛力新联合匹维溴胺治疗肠易激综合征疗效观察

目的比较小剂量抗焦虑抑郁药黛力新联合匹维溴胺与单独应用匹维溴胺对肠易激综合征的治疗效果。方法将102例肠易激综合征（IBS）患者随机分成治疗组60例和对照组42例,治疗组给予黛力新片1片/d,早上服,匹维溴胺片50mg,3次/d;对照组给予匹维溴胺片50mg,3次/d,2组疗程均为4周,治疗期间均停用其他药物。观察比较2组疗效。结果治疗组治疗4周的总有效率91.7%,疗效明显高于对照组52.4%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论小剂量黛力新联合匹维溴胺对肠易激综合征具有良好的治疗效果。

Observation of Effects of Small-dose Deanxit Combining Pinaverium Bromide for Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective Comparing the curative effect of com-bination of small-dose antidepressant：deanxit plus Pinaverium bromide with that of Pinaverium bromide for treating irritable bowel synbrome（IBS）.Methods 102 cases of IBS were randomly divided into two groups： therapy group and control group, the patients in therapy group took deanxit one time daily in early morning and pinaverium bromide 50mg three times daily orally, the patients in control group took pinaverium bromide 50rag three times daily orally, the courses of treatment were 4 weeks, the other kinds of drug were stopped in the treatment period, to observe and compare the therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results The overall effective rate in therapy group was 91.7%, the clinical therapeutic effect was significantly higher than the control group 52.4%, P〈0.01 .Conclusion Small-dose deanxit combining pinaverium bromide has good therapeutic effect on IBS.
