| 摘 要： | 本文研究了三硝基甲苯对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变和微核率的影响。三硝基甲苯实验组的小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变明显增高,且呈现剂量-反应关系,实验组小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。这些结果表明,三硝基甲苯是一种致突变物。

| Abstract: | The frequency of chromosome aberration and micronucleus rate in cultured mouse bone marrow cells to 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene was studied.The frequency of chromosome aberration in the mouse bone marrow cells to 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene showed a significant and dose dependent increase.
