Bcl-2、Bax的表达与乳腺癌的临床病理和预后的关系

目的:探讨Bcl-2、Bax在乳腺癌中的表达及与乳腺癌的临床病理和预后的关系。方法:应用SP免疫组化染色方法,检测60例乳腺癌组织中Bcl-2和Bax的表达情况。结果:①bcl-2表达水平与乳腺癌的组织学分级呈负相关,与淋巴结转移呈负相关,与生存期呈正相关;②bax表达水平与乳腺癌组织学分级呈正相关,与淋巴结转移呈正相关,与生存期呈负相关。结论:bcl-2与bax共同作用,对乳腺癌的发生、发展及预后均起一定作用,bcl-2高表达和Bax低表达提示乳腺癌的预后较好。

The Relationship Between Expression of Bcl-2, Bax Gene and Clinicopathologic Parameters, Prognosis of Breast Cancer

Objective To evaluate the relationship between expression of Bcl-2,Bax gene and pathologic parameters,prognosis of breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2,Bax gene in 60 cases of breast cancer.Results ①There was a negative correlation between the positive rate of Bcl-2 and histologic grade or the node metastasis(P<0.05).Higher bcl-2 expression correlated significantly with better prognosis.②There was a positive correlation between the positive rate of Bax and histologic grade or node metastasis(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the positive rate of Bax and node metastasis(P<0.05).Higher Bax expression correlated significantly with worse prognosis.Conclusion The interaction of Bcl-2 and Bax have effect on the progress,prognosis of breast cancer,which imply the patient with higher expression of Bcl-2 and lower expression of Bax has better prognosis.
