8例产房会阴切口感染分析

目的降低产房会阴切口感染率,为预防与控制医院感染提供依据。方法对2008年4月9日～5月10日的8例产房会阴切口感染的患者资料进行调查分析。结果8例患者中有2例培养阴性,6例为支原体感染,6例中2例有奇异变形杆菌感染。结论①对伤口感染病人,使用抗生素前取分泌物培养才能有效发现病原菌。②查找病原菌时不能有思维定式,局限于一种或几种菌种培养。③及早发现,及时跟踪,采取多种措施是控制医院感染流行的有效方法。

ANALYSIS OF 8 CASES INCISION PERINEUM INFECTION OCCURRED IN BIRTH-ROOM

Objective To carry out epidemiological survery and analysis about prevalence of perineal incision infection in delivery room, provide the basis for prevention and control of hospital infection. Methods The subjects of epidemiological survery and analysis included eight patients with perineal incision infection in delivery room from April 9,2008 to May 10. Results Among the eight patients there are two cases of cultivation negative,and the other six cases of mycoplasma, of which there are two cases of proteus mirabilis. Conclusion （ 1 ） For wound infection patients, the only way to find effectively pathogenic bacteria is to take secretion culture before using antibiotic. （2） To find pathogenic bacteria can＇ t be of fixed thinking model, limited to one or more of strain culture. （3） The effective ways to control hospital infection prevalence are early detection.prompt follow -up, in close cooperation with clinical department, to take various measures.
