经腹管状吻合器在52例贲门癌根治手术中的应用

目的：探讨使用吻合器，在经腹切口贲门癌根治术中的应用效果。方法：回顾分析了52例贲门癌患者在手术中选择经腹切口，并使用吻合器的效果。结果：52例患者术后无吻合口瘘、出血、幽门梗阻、胸腔感染等严重并发症，恢复顺利，平均住院时间14天。结论：在经腹切口行贲门癌手术中使用吻合器能减少术后并发症，有利于患者康复。

Tansabdominal tubular anastomat use in 52 radical operation of cardiac cancer

Objective:to investigate the effect of use anastomat in radical operation of cardiac cancer.Methods:analysis 52 patients of cardiac cancer select tansabdominal incision in surgery and the effect of use anastomat.Results: After the suegery,52 patiants don't have serious complications,for example,anastomatic leakage,bleed,pyloric obstruction,chestinfection and so on.All patients recuperate successfully.The average length of stay is 14 days.Conclusions: tansabdominal tubular anastomat use in radical operation of cardiac cancer can reduse postoperative complications and advantage patients get well.
