摘    要:川芎嗪应用于临床治疗心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肾脏疾病和肝硬化等疾病已有多年,对治疗脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)的相关研究也逐年增多。近年来,关于川芎嗪治疗脊髓损伤的临床试验和动物实验不断增多,主要机制包括抑制细胞凋亡和炎症反应、降低内皮素含量、改变血液流变学、增加神经丝蛋白和神经营养因子表达、保护线粒体和改善细胞内外离子紊乱。

Abstract:It has been years that tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) was applied in the treatment of cardiovascular system diseases,respiratory system diseases,kidney diseases and hepatocirrhosis, and the researches about the spinal cord injury(SCI) are more and more . For the past few years, there are more and more experimental and clinical study about TMP in the treatment of SCI, the main mechanism as follow: inhibiting apoptosis and inflammatory reaction,reducing endothelin,changing haemorheology and the ion of cell,increasing neurofilament protein and neurotrophic factors and protecting mitochondrion.
